Full restoration with ceramic crowns
The patient came to our practice with the desire for an aesthetic improvement of her front teeth. As braces to correct the tooth positions were not possible, a restoration with 6 crowns was planned (so-called “Smile Makeover”).
At a follow-up appointment, the teeth were prepared under local anesthesia for the placement of the ceramic crowns and digitally impressioned. Furthermore, photos were taken for the digital design of the teeth (so-called Digital Smile Design).
The 6 all-ceramic crowns were then designed three-dimensionally and manufactured in our dental laboratory.
The crowns could be tried in the following day, and since no changes were necessary, they were permanently inserted.
